2013.

Hi guys. Thank God i'm still in the same class; Mawar. but it sucks. Being a form 3 sucks. So much homework, even for the first day of school. And 3 Mawar is the same classroom as 1 Mawar (which was my form 1 class). And that classroom sucks. It's so much smaller than my form 2 class, and for some reason it's way hotter. Oh and the pk hem of my school was promoted to another school. Those who are in bu3 would know that. Mr. mah was a very good teacher. And discipline teacher. Although he was strict, he doesn't come up with ridiculous rules. Now, 2013, he left and now another teacher took over his place and came up with a whole set of rules which we hate so very very much. But we'll just have to accept the fact that bu3 has turned into some military camp/school. Hopefully, 2013 would turn to be good soon! Anyway, here's the mashup from dj earworm for 2012! Guys, this is 2012. Enjoy!

belated merry christmas & an early happy new year

so I haven't been blogging for quite some time now. And since 2013's 2 days away, I figured I would be very busy next year, preparations for PMR, so I should take this time to update this blog. To those who don't know what PMR is, it's actually a major exam which form 3s in Malaysia take. Christmas'2012 was actually quite okay. Now the reason I sound surprised is because I was initially not looking forward to christmas at all. I was really upset because I had to spend christmas with my parents' friends whom I don't even know and this is not the first year this is happening. If my parents can spend christmas with their friends, I should be able to spend christmas with my friends too. And so, on christmas morning, my family and I headed to church for christmas service. It was really nice because there were plays and after that buffet (although I didn't even eat much) but it was a nice morning. In the afternoon, just stayed at home watching movies. At night, went over to parents' house. But it wasn't as bad as I expected. I actually made friends with my parents' friend's kids but they were already in college/university so the age gap was pretty big, say 8 years? But we chatted a lot like we were the same age so I guess the age gap didn't matter. But at the end of the day, christmas wasn't really about the celebration, it was the remembrance of jesus' birthday. 2012 is coming to an end and welcome 2013! Hopefully, next year would be filled with joy. More concerts and movie weeks! But I wouldn't really have the chance to enjoy because it's my PMR year. I just hope 2013 would be a good year, better than 2012. So guys, happy new year!

all the right moves

So..
Holidays have been extremely boring, as predicted. Everyday I feel more and more like a walking corpse, no excitement, nothing special. Even if there is, nothing lasts for more than a day, and definitely nothing to look forward to. (except for the outings with the loves.) But yeah, so this is what i've been doing/have done this holidays. First thing's first, I DIY dyed my hair! But I dyed my hair brown and so my hair is reddish-brown, kinda. It's was much lighter at the roots because I put more on the top because that's what the instructions said but boo. Right now my black roots grew, and it's pretty obvious. Ok, so ya that's what interesting happened that I can remember. (cause' this post was drafted a month ago.) And yes I apologize for not updating earlier. I had to ditch all my social networks because my phone was sent for repairing and I was stuck with a useless nokia phone which could do nothing. Anddddddd, yesterday! Finally went to watch breaking dawn part 2 with ming. We were supposed to go with Sabrina but she went for a vacation with her family. Sab if you're seeing this, I don't forgive you. So this movie was to me, the best in the whole twilight sequel. Mainly because of the other vampires and bella looked stunning as a vampire. But because everyone had already watched the movie so they already filled twitter and facebook with how it's gonna end, so it became very predictable. Here's some scenes from the movie.

discovering her new self.

learning to hunt.

finding out her strength.

welcoming a new love into her life.

the demons (literally) volturi.

carlisle being the head of the family.

senna and zafrina.

the battle for survival.

ok, and after the movie, like usual, photos from the backseat. These are from ming yi's blog/ipod so all credit goes to her! (i'm the one in pink if you don't know.) can you see my brownish hair?

Asian Stereotypes

I've been seeing this a lot recently on youtube, twitter and etc, so I've decided to give my opinion on a few asian stereotypes that really caught my eye.

'Asians are identical; we all look the same to white people.'
Then can I say that white people are identical, that they all look the same to Asians? I mean, I honestly can't tell the difference (in looks) between Americans/Australians/British/Canadians like how white people can't tell the difference between Chinese/Koreans/Japanese/Thai/Vietnamese. You see? It's the same thing.

'Asians have no fashion sense.'
Ok this I totally disagree. Just because a group of asian people don't dress like how society wants them to, doesn't mean all asians are like that. For example, Jimmy Choo. Oh yeah he's asian, he's one of the top designers in the whole world. hmmm.

'Asians must get A+ grades.'
I can definitely relate to this. Asian parents often have very high expectations of their kids. To them, A equals average, B equals bad, C equals crap, D equals disowned and F equals fucked. Anything less than an A is no good. This causes a lot of asian kids to get stressed up about this matter. *points to myself*

'Asians are good in maths.'
Now I have no idea where this came from but this is somewhat true. That still doesn't mean all asians are good in maths. You can't just assume that. Everyone, including asians have our different talents and things we're good at. It doesn't always have to be maths.

'Asians cannot speak English.'
Bitch I'm asian. If I'm not speaking English, what am I speaking?

'Every conversation with asian parents turn out to be a life lesson/lecture.'
Yes I can confirm that 90% of this statement is true. Asking one simple question like 'mum can I go out?' can turn into a 3 week long lecture/scolding. Maybe that's the way asian parents discipline their kids or something, I honestly don't know man.

'Tutoring because 6 hours of school is not enough.'
I actually have 7 hours of school and I have tons of tuition, almost everyday, sometimes even twice a day.

you're a supernova

Hi, meet the envy of all girls, Victoria Secret angels. They're one of the top reasons why girls tend to get insecure. I mean, look at them, they're so fucking gorgeous, they have the perfect body that many girls out there would kill for, and they get paid to travel the world looking good. They are like perfect. One of my personal favourites is miranda kerr.

Second favourite, Alessandra ambrosio.

Third favourite, Adriana lima.

Now do you understand why girls are insecure? Do you?

Video: The Writer by Ellie Goulding

'Why don't you be the artist and make me out of clay?
Why don't you be the writer and decide the words I say?'

This song is just so beautiful, if I had to pick my favourite type of songs, it would be Ellie's, definitely.

For a thousand years

Everyone has their own definition of a perfect relationship. Well, I have my own definition of 'a perfect relationship'. This is about it. But this is for those who are above 18, those who are capable to pass as 'matured adults'. ok I don't even know what I'm talking about right now. But honestly, I don't think that 'the perfect relationship' means not fighting and having a smooth-sailing, peaceful relationship. There's gotta be some rocky stages. It just depends on how you handle it and accept each others' flaws and insecurities. So this is about my definition of a perfect relationship.

He works.
She works.
They split bills.
His hobbies are video games.
Her hobbies are shopping and reading.
He leaves her alone to her hobbies.
She leaves him alone to his hobbies.
At night they watch illegally downloaded movies together.
There are never awkward moments.
They can act weird and lazy together.
They can wake up at 1 in the morning and go to MCD to order 2 mcflurries.
They laugh together like best friends.
They accept each others flaws.
They respect one another and get jealous occasionally.
They listen to the same type of songs.
They're not shy to sing out loud to the songs on his car radio.
They go on formal date nights.
They go to the movies.
They travel the globe together.
They often take silly pictures together.
After a busy working day, they give each other back rubs.
They give each other surprises. good ones.
They paper scissors stone when choosing what to watch/eat.
He takes care of her when she's sick.
She takes care of him when he's sick.
They take bubble baths together.
He lets her wear his jersey/sweater.
She wears his jersey/sweater proudly.
They trade soft toys.
His friends are her friends.
Her friends are his friends.
They can laze around all day in bed eating chips while watching movies.
They care deeply about each other.
They love each other unconditionally.
That's all that matters.
